HOW TO USE PURE CBD OIL:

HOW TO USE:

  1. Shake well before use. Pinch and release the silicone top to fill your dropper to the desired amount. Droppers are calibrated in 0.25 increments for consistent dosing.
  2. Ingest sublingually by dropping the desired dose under your tongue and holding it there for 60 seconds before swallowing.
  3. If you are new to CBD, we recommend starting low and working your way up to an amount that works best for you. Most people start with 10mg (0.5 dropper) once or twice a day and adjust every 3-7 days. Take CBD daily for best results! The only side effect to too much CBD is drowsiness.

NOTE: Every 0.25mL = 10mg CBD
