  10. Is hemp oil the same as CBD oil? CBD oil and hemp oil come from different parts of the cannabis plant. CBD oil uses the whole plant, while hemp oil comes from its seeds which contain no CBD. CBD oil is made from a variety of parts of the mature hemp plant but primarily from the flowers. The result is an oil with a high CBD content.
